
Each Prom Praise for Schools project is shaped around a theme or story which we aim to bring to life in multi-discipline project building to the event at the Royal Albert Hall.
Prom Praise for Schools last visit to the Royal Albert Hall was in March 2024 – we looked at the life of David, the Bible’s songwriter, shepherd and King.
Over 60 schools from all round the UK converged at the Hall to experience a creative multi-media re-telling of the story through outstanding dramatic and musical presentation using RE, Music, Art and Dance with a live 80-piece Orchestra, soloists.
Every pupil attending became part of a 2500 strong Massed Choir.
In 2019 – Exdous ‘Let my people go’ following the escape from slavery in Egypt; and in 2017, we lived the Prodigal Son’s journey to the city and back to return to the arms of a loving Father, as we explored the message of Luke chapter 11.
In 2020-2021, in the midst of the pandemic All Souls Music designed PP4S 2021 pilot project to equip teachers and home educators with the resources to offer hope and encouragement to their school children through music and creativity. The project culminated in an extraordinary virtual mega choir!
